Use the database to complete the following assignment.

You must complete this assignment for TWO DIFFERENT types of court transcripts. Must be in Full Sentences. 

1. What is the type of transcript? eg Reasons for Sentencing or Reason for judgement, or Vior Dire (a hearing to see if unusual evidence is admitted
2. What is the citation? eg. R v ____
3. What were the criminal charges?
4. Do you feel that there was enough evidence for the charge?
5. Briefly summarize the transcript?
6. What is the ultimate outcome? eg. sentence, aquittal etc
7. Do you agree with the outcome? Why or why not?
